TIMELINE
‘Timeline’ the solo exhibition by Kristina Müller-Eberhard showed in 2018 at ADGY ART, La Jolla, CA and Center of Arts, Warsaw, Poland. Müller-Eberhard chose to feature this body of work in photography to express her concept of moments building an event. Each piece is a series of images presented in a linear format of progression. The series of photographs express a reflection on collection of snippets of passing time by capturing images from an unfolding occurance, a perception of place, an abstract movement of light. Locations vary from around the world; La Jolla, CA; New York, NY; Marrakesh, Morocco; Salerno, Italy; Istanbul, Turkey to Warsaw, Poland among others. “Our existence on the timeline of ‘life’ is very fleeting. This brief timeline is a reflection of our reality and thoughts of our lives in context with current events in our society and in our environment. Capturing this can be an expression of time lapses between events such as seconds, hours or years. They can simultaneity overlap events throughout the world or they can be abstractions of a moment, a movement or a transient perception of a single event, place or thought.”– Kristina Müller-Eberhard
